Nutrition Resources

The Definitive Guide Series

if you’re looking to get started with nutrition, you’ve come to the right place. Welcome to Impossible HQ’s Nutrition Resources page.

Think of these as better-researched, easier-to-read wikipedia with. Tons of solid information + a ton of citations & linked resources to set you off to do your own research if you’re interested. Admittedly, these have a paleo or a low-carb bias, but we try to consciously display when & how to use carbs smart & effectively rather than whimsically (and there are lots of smart uses of carbs). That said, vegans be warned: you may not like what you find inside: we are definitely pro meat (quality grass-fed & locally sourced when possible).

Important: I am not a doctor. I do not play one on TV. Although we consider these “definitive” guides, the science around nutrition is ever-evolving and these should be considered excellent starting points in understanding nutrition and your body. Do your own research and take responsibility for your health & choices.
