If you’re reading this and feeling stuck – you can’t figure out exactly where to go next or how to move forward, this post is for you.
First of all, you’re not special. Everyone feels like this. I’ll have days where I literally won’t want to get out of bed and I’ll make a list:
- Get out of bed
- Put your clothes on.
- Walk out the door.
- Go workout.
- Get a coffee.
You’re stuck because you’re overthinking it.
You’re stuck because you think it’s too big.
You’re stuck because you’re not clear on the next step.
So don’t over think it – make it super simple.
Don’t think too many steps ahead – break it down to the smallest step possible.
Be clear – know exactly what you’re going to do next.
Get moving. Make your bed. Create momentum.
Then move forward and get after it.

Joel, I find it hard to believe that you have days in which you don’t wanna get out of the bed, unless you are tired or recovering from something. In that case, it’s better you stay in bed :)))
