Your letter is inspiring! It is the thought and the plan that matters, without that nothing is possible! I am 68 years and cancer survivor and have had 2 more surgeries and now diagnosed with Heart Failure. I have just started and can only walk 10 minutes a day but want to be able to walk 45 minutes a day in time and do strength training twice a week. Right now everything seems impossible especially with bone loss and no stamina but I want to plod on!
