I’ve been getting a bunch of questions about what exactly the FPC Protocol is so I thought I’d take some time to answer them.
What is the FPC Protocol?
The FPC Protocol is a super simple, easy to follow eating protocol designed to help you build lean, solid muscle – particularly for those that find it hard to gain muscle, weight or size.. FPC stands for the three phases of the eating protocol.
Are There Workouts Included?
I give a basic workout overview, but this is best combined with a heavy training protocol. This is primarily a nutrition focused – so you can pair it with any program you’re using.
What If I Need To Lose Weight (more than 30 pounds)?
This program is not for you then (yet). Get IMPOSSIBLE ABS or try Paleo Meal Plans or Keto Meal Plans.

Is there a discount code?
