There are a ton fo calculators out there eon the internet. If you’re a runner at all, you know that most of them suck. Sure – they “work”, but they look bad, are unintuitive and aren’t really as useful as they could be.
So we wanted to fix it.

We’re launching a series of calculators designed to help make your fitness goals more accessible.
We’re launching with four different calculators
Probably the most requested type of calculation. Just input 2 of the 3 values (pace, distance, time) and we’ll help you calculate the third one. Know your pace and distance? We’ll solve your time. Distance and time? We’ll find your pace. Pace and time? Well, if you’re not tracking – we’ll find your distance
Want to be able to predict a future race time based on a previous time? Just input a recent race time and distance, we’ll calculate the estimated times for everything from a 1k race to a 50 miler. #boom
Running a race and want to estimate your splits? Just put in your distance, your time and distance of each “split” and we’ll get you sorted.
If you’re ready to push yourself and knock your next 5k, 10k, half marathon, marathon or ultra marathon off your impossible list – you’re gonna want to bookmark this and use it for your next race.
I haven’t put a huge emphasis on macros in the past – I think paleo or low-carb in general is a good standard for most people if you need to get “back to normal.” But, if you want to do more than normal, if you want to train for performance and do something impossible – you’re gonna have to hone in on your macros. This will help you do just that.
Input your gender, age, height and weight and a few things about your activity level and goals and we’ll break down the best path forward for you. The calculator uses the Mifflin St. Jeor Formula – one of the most trusted formulas for getting this right.
