We kicked off the inaugural Longest Day Race last weekend and it was a resounding success!
There were two main international runs – The Austin HQ race (I did solo) and the UK run. There were 20 other competitors scattered around the globe (photos from the satellite runs coming soon).

The UK decided to represent with a last minute contingency kicking off the entire day in Nottinghamshire, England.
The UK race featured Luke Wigman (more on Luke in a hot minute) and a cadre of 3 other runners. Joel ran with Luke in Antarctica and Luke’s story is something worth sharing.
The Longest Day was featured on multiple newscasts and is just getting started.
