Get After It
-Joel
p.s If you don’t celebrate Christmas, enjoy Christmahanakwanzika or whatever seasonal celebrations you choose and if you want to pass on the holiday spirit, I know a great cause that would love your help. We are less than $600 away from hitting out #impossible school goal. Is anybody up for helping put us over the top on Christmas?

Looks good … is the download button hooked up correctly? Can’t seem to click on it.
Joel Runyon says
Sorry about this. Somehow the hyperlinks got stripped from the buttons.
I’ve gone in and fixed it and it should be working Sorry for the glitch. Merry Christmas!

Cool, thanks very much.
Beth says
Lovely gift that I’d enjoy receiving but I can’t get the download to start. I don’t think the button is linked. I’ve tried it in Chrome and in Firefox.
Happy Holidays!
Blake says
the link doesn’t work to download the program.
narf7 says
Hmmm…methinks you forgot to link? Just about to hit “Download” and realised that there isn’t anything TO download on any of those “Download” buttons… we penniless hippies of the world love our free empowering stuff 🙂 Hope to see the link up and working soon, cheers in advance 🙂
Gnat! says
Whoops, it appears none of the “download now!” buttons are working. How’s that for an excuse?
Michelle says
Quick question – How many reps of each exercise should I do?
Joel Runyon says
For each exercise, perform as many reps (max reps) as possible unless otherwise stated.
Mehmet says
Thanks Joel!
Yohann says
Wow, what a great Xmas gift Joel, many thanks!
Question: when you state “Max Reps” does this mean that we go to failure with each exercise and move on to next with 1 min rest between each set? i.e push ups – if we can push out 100 reps? 😉
Thanks again!
Joel Runyon says
Yup. Perform as many reps as possible for each exercise and move immediately to the next exercise. Once you go through the circuit once, rest for a minute and then repeat it.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
Micheal says
Hi Joel,
Just downloaded the no excuse exercise workout, as a vegetarian myself what would you suggest to eat other than the meat included with the diet you have set out?
Ta
Micheal
Joel Runyon says
Hey Micheal,
Tailoring this to a vegetarian specific lifestyle is outside the scope of this current project. We do have vegetarian options & modules in Impossible Abs if you’d like more resources.
Darick says
Thanks, Joel! I found BIT about a week ago and you’ve inspired me tremendously. Maybe it’s the holidays, or I’ve just plain gotten lazy, but who cares – it’s time to make fitness a priority again! I really appreciate the gift and the hard work you put into creating it. Happy Holidays!
Mehmet says
Are we use Tabata rulez for each exercise?
Mike says
Thank you for the free gift! Inspiring!!
Should I be able to see the exercise videos? Or… are they reserved for those who pay for the full program?
I can’t get my video links to work – but maybe they’re not supposed too work on the free site.
Thank you for your generosity, Joel!

Joel Runyon says
Hey Mike,
The videos should work. Just follow the link & password information in the exercise index part of the program.
