Nutrition Resources
The Impossible Guide Series
If you’re looking to improve the way you eat, you’ve come to the right place. Welcome to the IMPOSSIBLE Nutrition Resources page.
Think of these nutrition resources as better researched and easier to read Wikipedia articles. Each guide is full of solid information and a ton of citations. These guides also link to other useful resources, to help you to carry out your own research if that’s something you want to do.
These nutrition guides have a paleo/low-carb bias, although we do try to explain when and how to use carbs smartly and effectively. Vegans, be warned: you may not like what you find inside. Here at IMPOSSIBLE we are definitely pro-meat (when that meat is quality grass-fed and locally sourced).

The Paleo Diet
Important: I am not a doctor. I don’t even play a doctor on TV. Although we consider these guides to be definitive guides, there are new discoveries in the field of nutrition all the time. These guides should be seen as excellent starting points when it comes to understanding nutrition and your body and you should do your own research and take responsibility for your own health and eating choices.
