Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any IMPOSSIBLE® application (“App”) or the impossiblehq.com website (“Service”) operated by IMPOSSIBLE X LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service or use our Apps.

Apps and Services

IMPOSSIBLE X LLC provides mobile applications including but not limited to:

• Impossible Recipes
• Impossible Fitness
• Move Well
• Cold Shower Therapy
• Paleo.io
  Paleo Recipe Pro

Our Apps provide fitness, nutrition, and wellness content for informational purposes only. They are not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Subscriptions and Payments

Some of our Apps offer auto-renewable subscription plans that provide access to premium features.

Subscription Terms

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase

Subscription Prices

Prices vary per app. As of publishing, the latest pricing includes:

Impossible Fitenss:

• Monthly: $4.99/month
• Yearly: $49.99/year

Prices are subject to change. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to subsequent billing periods.

Free Trial

We may offer free trials of our premium subscriptions. At the end of the free trial period, you will be automatically charged the subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial ends.

To avoid being charged, you must cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial through your App Store account settings.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your paid period.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies. To request a refund, contact Apple Support directly through your purchase history.

User Responsibilities

By using our Service and Apps, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Not use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Service
• Not use any robot, spider, or other automated means to access the Service
• Not introduce any viruses or other malicious code

Intellectual Property

The Service and Apps, including all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, recipes, workout plans, and software), are owned by IMPOSSIBLE X LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

IMPOSSIBLE®, the IMPOSSIBLE® logo, IMPOSSIBLE HQ®, IMPOSSIBLE X®, IMPOSSIBLE Nutrition®, and IMPOSSIBLE Fitness® are registered trademarks of IMPOSSIBLE X LLC.

THE SERVICE AND APPS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

The content provided in our Apps is for general informational purposes only. It is not intended as, and should not be considered, medical advice. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any diet, exercise, or wellness program.

We do not guarantee any specific results from using our Apps or following our content.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL IMPOSSIBLE X LLC, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
