Greetings from London. Excuse any typos in this. As of right now, I’ve been up for 30+ hours straight or so. I left Chicago on Thursday afternoon & this is the first few seconds of internet time that I’ve had since. I don’t have a “normal” post today because I’ve been busy writing for some good friends. In case you didn’t see them on twitter, I had two guest posts go live this week:
Think Traffic | The Sure-Fire Way To Double Your Blog Comments Every Time
I wrote a post for Corbett on a super simple way double your comments on your post every single time. 100% Guaranteed. 🙂
Baker’s World | The Path of Least Resistance
Kevin asked me a few weeks back to think about writing a guest post for him. I ended up writing on the path of least resistance, an interesting technique I sometimes use to attack gigantic goal.
If you haven’t read either of them, I’d love for you to go check them out and give me your thoughts on them. I’ll be back on Tuesday with your regularly scheduled post. Until then, have an awesome weekend.
[Also, if you got any MUST-SEE activities for me to do while in London, let me know and I’ll check ’em out]
Edit #1: Also, if you’re IN London, or know anyone who is, let me know. I’d love to get together.
Edit #2: A number of you asked me why I’m even in London. Being really smart, I forgot to put any explanation in the post (I was up for 30+ hours at the point, so it slipped my mind). I’m actually over here for a marketing conference this week. The conference itself goes for the weekend, but my flight goes back mid-week so I’m going to have to spend a few extra days exploring. Darn ;).

Just went right now to check them both out. Great posts!!!
Also, I’m jealous that you are in London! So fun. Hope you have a fantastic time and look forward to hearing all about it when you get back.

Thanks Man! It should be good. Gonna be packing a lot of stuff into not a whole lot of time. Gonna skimp on the sleep, but I can sleep when I’m dead, right? 🙂
David Crandall says
Well, you know I only target about 3 hours a night so that is one of my two philosophies. The other one is I can sleep when I’m rich. 😉
Joel Runyon says
you ARE rich 🙂

wow! perhaps you can take a train away from the city. i’ve heard cornwall is beautiful, anywhere on the coast would be beautiful. you could even find a hostel to stay in. …next time you’re over there go to ireland! i’ve been there 3 times and can recommend some places. 🙂 or perhaps if you have time after the conference, take the train up to edinborough, you can walk the “royal mile” and go pubbing and scout out the “Adam Lyle deceased” vampire-esque tour. Ours started at 10:30 PM. Fun! that was in 1990 though, i’m sure they’re still doing them! email me if you want me to look anything up for you. have fun! 🙂 be sure to get out and meet some more down to earth locals. 🙂

I’ve been staying in a few different hostels. :). Just finished the conference so I’m gonna take a look around the city and check out some of your suggestions. Thanks!
