Looking forward to seeing the guide. A quick question – I’ve just started training for a sprint tri in July. Will the guide be focused on any particular distance, or will it be pretty generally applicable?

Actually training for a 1/2 marathon in February. Aiming for Tough Mudder in June. Then Warrior Dash and Femsport in August. Trying to convince my workout buddy to switch our Tri from March to either July or September. Just saying!
