The no excuse workout is just that – a no excuse workout.

It’s a quick and dirty guide you can read and understand in 10 minutes or less to help jumpstart your fitness goals this year that you can do anywhere in the world.

Whether you’re putting it off because you fell off the bandwagon a few months back, you’re confused, you think it’s too expensive or you simply don’t know what exactly you’re supposed to do,  we’ve worked to eliminate those reasons and make it as easy as possible to simply start. The no excuse workout is designed specifically to

    Wow, what a great Xmas gift Joel, many thanks!
    Question: when you state “Max Reps” does this mean that we go to failure with each exercise and move on to next with 1 min rest between each set? i.e push ups – if we can push out 100 reps? 😉

      Yup. Perform as many reps as possible for each exercise and move immediately to the next exercise. Once you go through the circuit once, rest for a minute and then repeat it.

    Just downloaded the no excuse exercise workout, as a vegetarian myself what would you suggest to eat other than the meat included with the diet you have set out?
