You already know what to do.
You’re wreaking havoc on yourself by couching your fear of uncertainty in indecision.
You tell yourself that
- You’re being rational
- You don’t want to make the wrong decision.
- You want to make sure everything’s perfect.
But we both know that’s not the case.
What you really are – is scared.
You don’t need more information. You don’t need more time. You don’t need someone else to come along and help you.
You need to look yourself in the mirror. You need to breathe deep. And you need to find the courage to do the thing.
Remind yourself who the hell you are.
And if you’re not sure – maybe it’s time to figure that out.
Take a cold shower. Put your shoes on and run until you blister your feet. Sit in an ice bath until you go numb. Do burpees until you puke. Then do some more.
You think it’s about fitness, but it has nothing to do with fitness.
Turn your brain off. Stop being so smart. And stop believing all your excuses.
They’re getting old.
Plus, you’re better than that.
You already know what to do.
So do it.
